Dr. McMillan was born in Huntsville, Alabama in 1957, graduated from Auburn University in 1978 earning a B.S. in chemistry with High Honors. He graduated from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 1983 and a mini residency in oral implantology from the Medical College of Georgia in 1987. Dr. McMillan has been certified by the American Board of Oral Implantology / Implant Dentistry as Diplomate since 1995. Dr. McMillan has been in private practice in Cape Coral, Florida since 1983 and Bonita Springs, Florida since 1999. In addition to his credential as a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology, Dr. McMillan is a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantology.
